Starwolf’s Fansite Developer Diaries

 Under the Hood and Behind the Scenes Stuff I Gotta Do On This Site. This is less about the content, and more about maintenance. Changing the oil, adding functionality, SEO, accessibility, etc.

• Change the bronze to a silver (!), and update the home page about that.
• Move the review to it’s own page, add more to it.
• Make a favicon Need to verify it’s showing in IE7
• Fix layout in IE6
• update metatags, page titles
• code swf billboard rotator: rotator up. could use some tweaking, need to add content to it.
• Add Amazon Stuff for Game, Books, etc
• 2 column layout page template
• catch up on site documentation
• validate code
• clean up images folders, and text includes mapping
• database for galleries? do I want to put the overall content on a MYSQL back end? (aaak)
• sitemap and site planning. (also known as, OH-HOW-I-HATE-VISIO)
• rss/xml/xml schema? Yes/no/maybe?
• Create a theme for the fansite blog.
• lightboxes for the gallery
• popups!!!!!!
